Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. NOTE: Your order can be placed and paid for on our website, or you are welcome to place your order online and then telephone us with the 6 digit order number along with your card payment.

We accept Visa, Master Card credit and debit card payments. All payments are securely processed through our Gateway provider PayPal. Please note that goods will only be dispatched to your registered Credit Card address.


You need to either create a user account, or enter your address at checkout, before you will be able to see the shipping options relevant to your Country.

All our items are dispatched from the United Kingdom. If your Country has "personal import duty" then you may have to pay for this, and this is your responsibility, Import Duty varies from Country to Country, if you are unsure, please consult your local Government Importation Office

We cannot send items to different country to the credit card billing address.


All of the products listed on the website are normally available from our inventory and will be dispatched the next working day following receipt of payment. shipping charges are calculated using mainly Royal Mail or Parcel Force for the cheapest possible delivery charge for the customers benefit, optional delivery insurance is available at the customer's request and at the customers expense.

In the event that any of our goods are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse to accept any order from you or to cancel any order received from you based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been accepted. In either event we reiterate that an order will only be accepted by us as a legally binding contract once the goods ordered by you have been dispatched to you by us.

Cancelling an Order

Cancelling an Order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days from point of sale. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, but a 20% (twenty percent) cancellation fee will apply.

Please note You cannot cancel your contract if the ordered goods have already been dispatched or received.

To cancel a contract, please inform us immediately by email or by phone.

Returns policy does not except any responsibility for loss or damage after the dispatch of the items, however we are more than happy to repair or replace the item if it is returned.
The customer is responsible for both the return and re-dispatch delivery costs.

Under no circumstances can a full refund be given.

Remittance Terms

All goods remain the property of until paid for.


If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Governing Law

This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Third Party Rights

Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
